Add your training days, fill in your own exercises, and build a plan exactly the way you want it. Export as image or CSV when you're done.
The manual workout builder gives you a blank canvas to plan your training exactly as you see fit. Add any number of training days, name them however you like, and fill in your exercises with your own sets and reps. There's no auto-generation — just a clean, structured interface for building and exporting a personalised gym plan. Use it to digitise an existing program, plan a training block, or build client templates from scratch.

Frequently Asked Questions
Type the exercise name in the input at the bottom of any day card and press Enter or click the + button. The exercise will appear in the list with default sets and reps you can edit.
Yes. Click directly on the day name (e.g. "Day 1") in the card header and type your own label — "Push", "Monday", "Upper A", whatever suits your plan.
Click "Export as Image" for a PNG you can save or share, or "Export CSV" for a spreadsheet-compatible file. Both are available at the top of the builder.
No hard limit. Add as many days and exercises as you need. The layout adapts automatically.
Plans exist only in your browser session. Use Export to save your work — there's no cloud sync by design.
